  • How long have you worked at SwimTastic?: 

    13 Years!

    What are some of your favourite hobbies/interests?:

    Im a passionate ocean swimmer and love taking part in open water races.
    Otherwise, running with my dog (Huntaway x Whippet) or cooking and entertaining friends and family!

    How would you describe your teaching style?:

    Although i just take Adult Squads now. I like to mix enjoyment and hard work and the banter that comes with that.

  • How long have you worked as a swim instructor?:  15 Years.

    What are some of your favourite hobbies/interests?:

    When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. 

    How would you describe your teaching style?:

    I would consider myself a fun and enthusiastic teacher with strict standards for how my classes operate.

  • How long have you worked as a swim instructor?: 7 years.

    What are some of your favourite hobbies/interests?:

    In my spare time, I enjoy swimming, gymming, golfing & working on random projects. 

    How would you describe your teaching style?:

    Firm but fair with a fun approach.

  • How long have you worked as a swim instructor?: 3 years.

    What are some of your favorite hobbies/interests?:

    I love watching football (massive Arsenal F.C. fan), I go to the gym, and I fish when I have the time.

    How would you describe your teaching style?:

    You'll hear me before you see me! If everyone is listening and behaving, we can all have a laugh and some fun on top of our swimming. But if we start to forget why we are in the pool, mess around, and not listen, then I can be firm.

  • How long have you worked as a swim instructor?: 17 years.

    What are some of your favourite hobbies/interests? :

    Spending time with family and friends, following sports - including all the family sports, time in the garden and getting out on the boat to fish. It is also great to be able to get away to the beach whenever we can - my happy place. I like to go to the gym to keep active, fit and healthy and I always enjoy great food and a good wine.

    How would you describe your teaching style?:

    My teaching style is simple. I like to set the boundaries at the start of the lesson, keep instructions simple and clear and provide hands on assistance or correction to swimmers as and when needed.

    I like to have fun and reward swimmers when they are trying their best.

  • How long have you worked as a swim instructor?: 2 years.

    What are some of your favourite hobbies/interests? :

    In my spare time, I go to the gym; I love reading and baking. I also love gardening and spending time with my family.

    How would you describe your teaching style? 

    I am a firm instructor and I believe that there should be structure and discipline. But for me it is also very important to have fun as well.

  • How long have you worked as a swim instructor?: 20 years.

    What are some of your favourite hobbies/interests? :

    I enjoy watching my boys play football and cricket in my spare time. I also enjoy going to the gym and long walks along the beach.

    How would you describe your teaching style?:

    I’m firm but fair, with some added fun too. I like to get to know the children, as I believe if they enjoy their classes, they get a lot more out of them and want to improve.

  • How long have you worked as a swim instructor?: 2 and a half years.

    What are some of your favourite hobbies/interests?:

    At the moment, I love painting, baking, training in jiu-jitsu and the outdoors/ocean. I love trying new things and am always up for an adventure.

    How would you describe your teaching style?:

    I enjoy bringing a fun and creative touch to my lessons, aiming to make every student feel welcome and excited to be there. My goal is to share my love for the water in a safe and enjoyable way while building trust and a strong connection with my swimmers.
