Adult Swimming Lessons - Learn to Swim

Adult LTS Beginner
(16 - 120 years old)

 Lesson Duration: 30 Minutes

This level is right for you if: You have never experienced swimming before, or you have limited swimming ability/experience.

What we do: We start with the basics. An introduction to swimming. We work on developing your kick, body positioning and movement, and strength and technique of strokes.

Adult LTS Intermediate
(16 - 120 years old)

 Lesson Duration: 30 Minutes

This level is right for you if: You are comfortable in the water and can swim 12.5m to 25m with Freestyle breathing cycles and backstroke.

What we do: We work on developing your kick, body positioning and movement, and strength and technique of strokes. The aim is to progress you to comfortably swimming full lengths of our pool (25 meters) repetitively. 

Adult LTS Advanced
(16 - 120 years old)

 Lesson Duration: 30 Minutes

This level is right for you if: You can comfortably swim 25m repetitively. You have a strong developing kick and are willing to progress further. Ideally, you have progressed from our Adult LTS Intermediate.

What we do: Developing further skills, working towards completing 50m - 100m Freestyle breathing cycles, and Backstroke repetitively.

Adult Learn-to-Swim

This programme is designed for Adult beginners and those with limited experience. It’s time to conquer your fear and learn the essential skill for adult swimming.

Swimming, which enables your body's every major muscle group to work, helps adults and children improve their physical, mental, and emotional strength. More calories are burned when you swim.

Since swimming is a full-body resistance (as you have to push through the water) yet low-impact workout, it is best for your bones and joints, building your flexibility, strength, and muscle mass.

Swimming has also helped renowned Olympic champions like Michael Phelps battle asthma problems as it boosts their cardiovascular system. It improves heart rate and lowers blood pressure. Lungs get exercised and become more efficient in functioning and improve blood flow throughout the body.

Be confident and enjoy your water experience like never before. Once you know the basics of swimming, it will be for keeps.
