Our Health H20 workouts incorporate HIIT interval and circuit training designed to increase your cardio fitness whilst toning and shaping.

We take advantage of the resistance water provides to build your strength and really get that heart beating! 

You do not need to be able to swim to enjoy Health H20! Our fabulous instructors will have you enjoying every moment.

Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, we have high and low options to suit all fitness levels. 


Handy Hint: Wearing socks can help you grip the floor!
